By surveying our team members, we can better understand their needs and adjust accordingly. By offering anonymous survey options, we provide a space for honest feedback to continuously improve the environment for our teams. Beginning in 2023, Pacific Seafood launched the biannual Team Member Satisfaction Survey. By making this optional anonymous survey available to all team members, Pacific Seafood can gauge areas of improvement, including company communications and job satisfaction. Results from our first Team Member Satisfaction Survey showed Pacific Seafood was voted a great place to work by team members. Since 2022, Pacific Seafood has participated in an annual companywide survey through Energage, a software company to empower leaders to create cultures where employees are engaged, motivated, and fulfilled. Based solely on team member feedback, Pacific Seafood was awarded the Top Workplace award for the past two years. Satisfaction Survey Top Workplace Award We want Pacific Seafood team members to be taken care of now and after their time with the company. We offer up to 20% of our profits to our team members through 401K contributions and incentives for team members to flourish in the future. In 2023, Pacific Seafood delivered a profit-sharing match contribution to a record-setting 1,988 team members. Our profit-sharing match contributions are related directly to the success of all Pacific Seafood Group’s operating companies and are just one of the many ways we reward our team members and show our appreciation for their contribution to the company’s success.
