We only hire team members legally permitted to work in the US (or in Canada for our Canadian location) with verifiable identification documents. All Pacific Seafood owned facilities and vessels are in full compliance with U.S. and local labor laws including, but not limited to underage workers. Safe Working Environment
All of our workers are trained in injury and accident prevention, job safety, and workers’ compensation rights. All team members are provided safety and health training tailored to their position and the specific risks of their work environment. All are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent or minimize risks on-the-job. All team members must comply with our internal Accident Prevention Policy.
We provide training for all team members on equipment that has potential health risks to expectant mothers and reinforce with posted signage.
Overtime Policy
Pacific Seafood workers are not required to work more than 48 hours in a regular work week. Overtime work is paid at a premium pay, and our managers are flexible with team member schedules and do not require team members to work overtime if they cannot work the extra hours. Our management team is trained, and during peak season it is reiterated, that it is not mandatory to work extra hours and to remain flexible with team member schedules to keep a good work life balance.

Pacific Seafood is committed to gender equality throughout our operations. We review our workforce yearly to assess the representation and set goals and implement plans to increase the gender equality in our workforce across the organization, including at all locations and among all job categories.
Ethics
All Team Members are required to abide by Pacific Seafood’s strict ethics policy which has a zero tolerance policy for bribery or corruption in any form. Team Members are prohibited from bribing anyone, anytime, for any reason. No Company funds or assets are to be used, directly or indirectly, for any bribe, kickback, or other unlawful payment. No outside consultant, attorney, accountant, or agents of any other nature may be used or employed in any manner that would be contrary to this policy.
Suppliers
We require that all of our suppliers comply with all human rights laws including without limitation, prohibitions on child labor, slavery and human trafficking, in the countries in which it does business. The producers or providers of any ingredients comply with all human rights laws in the countries in which they do business as well.
Our suppliers are subject to random inspections by our team members to ensure compliance. We do not work with suppliers who have human rights violations.
