Choose to be Safe - Safety Program We live by the motto “Choose to be Safe” and our safety programs are a top priority. Our EHS Director is a member of our leadership team and is supported by a team of EHS coordinators, leaders, and managers. Programs such as the safety recognition program, monthly safety training, annual EHS Lead conference, and monthly EHS Compliance Reports have been instrumental in developing and promoting a robust safety culture. These efforts have significantly reduced Pacific Seafood’s injury rate and OSHA penalties. In 2020, there was a reduction in Total Injury Rate across all divisions by over 15% and a decrease in OSHA penalties by over 92%. 15% 92% Total Injury Rate OSHA Penalties Members
