ROCKFISH
Pacific Seafood’s Rockfish is wild caught from the icy waters of the Pacific Ocean along the West Coast of the United States and Canada. Our rockfish, including canary, yellowtail, redstripe, and widow varieties, are harvested year-round and are a sustainable choice with a certification by the Marine Stewardship Council. Widely marketed as Pacific snapper or “Rock cod,” rockfish is a versatile whitefish with a firm texture, making it a seafood staple for many supermarkets and restaurants. Our rockfish is available in a variety of product forms, fresh or IQF (individually quick frozen) to lock in fresh flavor.
