U-peel Em EZ Peel Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pacific Seafood E-Z Peel Shrimp

Directions

  1. Steam shrimp for 5 minutes or until shell and meat is orange/pink or place in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
  2. Drain and chill in ice for 10 minutes until shrimp is cool to the touch.
  3. Serve in cold serving bowl with your favorite cocktail or dipping sauce, and with wedges of Lemon or Lime.
  4. Peel shrimp, dip and enjoy.
