Ingredients

  • 2-3 each of Columbia River Steelhead portions, thawed and patted dry
  • Pinch sea salt and pepper to taste,
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Directions

To prepare fish:

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Coat fish with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning fish over halfway through cooking time.
