Columbia River Steelhead Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 4oz package of hot smoked Columbia River Steelhead – Buy Here

2 sliced small avocados

2 slices of thick, rustic bread

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1.      Toast the rustic bread until golden brown

2.      Slice avocado and spread on toasted bread

3.      Add half the fillet of Columbia River Steelhead, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and enjoy!
