Dungeness Crab Roll
12 oz Dungeness cooked crab meat, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
6 sandwich rolls, split (French bread or hoagie)
Preheat oven for 425˚F. Combine all filling ingredients minus the crabmeat. Once combined, fold in the crabmeat into the mixture. Spoon into the split rolls and wrap with foil. Place in oven for 20 minutes.
Tip! This is also great as an open-faced sandwich, topped with cheese and placed under the broiler for 4-6 minutes.
