Ingredients

1 box Crispy Battered Fish Portions (Cod, Halibut, or Haddock)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp capers drained and roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice from about ½ a lemon
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb frozen shoestring fries

Directions

  1. Bake or fry the battered cod per the instructions on the box.
  2. Fry frozen shoestring fries.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, capers, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
