1 box Crispy Battered Fish Portions (Cod, Halibut, or Haddock)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp capers drained and roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice from about ½ a lemon
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb frozen shoestring fries
Directions
- Bake or fry the battered cod per the instructions on the box.
- Fry frozen shoestring fries.
- Mix the mayonnaise, capers, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl.
