Ingredients

1 lb Argentinian Peeled & Deveined Tail-Off Shrimp, thawed
2 Tbsp Olive oil, divided
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup green onions

Directions

  1. Make the marinade: In a small bowl, mix the garlic, ginger, 1 Tbsp olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Pour half of the marinade on the shrimp in a resealable bag or in a bowl, stirring to coat. Reserve the remaining marinade. Marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade, discarding the marinade, then add to the pan and cook for about 1 minute, then flip. Pour in the reserved marinade and continue cooking until the shrimp are opaque and just firm, about 1 minute more. Remove the shrimp from the pan and continue cooking the marinade until reduced and thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Add shrimp back in pan and toss shrimp to coat. Before serving, garnish with green onions and enjoy!
