Lemon Garlic Argentinean Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb Argentinian EZ Peel Shrimp, thawed
4 clove garlic
4 Tbsp butter, divided
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large sauté pan over medium to medium-high heat, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant, do not allow garlic to burn.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for about 90 seconds, then turn and cook for 90 seconds more.
  3.  Add the other 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Stir in parsley.
  4. Remove from heat and serve!
