Lemon Garlic Argentinean Shrimp

1 lb Argentinian EZ Peel Shrimp, thawed
4 clove garlic
4 Tbsp butter, divided
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large sauté pan over medium to medium-high heat, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant, do not allow garlic to burn.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for about 90 seconds, then turn and cook for 90 seconds more.
- Add the other 2 tablespoons of butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Stir in parsley.
- Remove from heat and serve!
