Morning Lox + Grain Bowl

Ingredients

1 package Pacific Sustainable Seafood Columbia River Steelhead Nova Lox
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 hardboiled egg
2 cups kale or spinach, sautéed
1 radish, sliced
½ cucumber sliced

Directions

  1. Assemble all ingredients by layering them over the cooked quinoa.
  2. Garnish with a dash of toasted sesame oil, sea salt and pepper to serve.
