1 lb Argentinean EZ Peel Shrimp, thawed
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 lemons, cut wedges
Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet. When the oil is hot, start adding the shrimp to the pan in a single layer (cook in batches, if needed), a few at a time to prevent oil from cooling down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and the shells start to crisp up. Flip the shrimp and continue to cook on the other side.
- Add the red pepper flakes, rosemary, and garlic to skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Remove shrimp from heat, season with salt to taste, and serve!
