Rosemary Garlic Argentinean Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb Argentinean EZ Peel Shrimp, thawed
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 lemons, cut wedges
Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet. When the oil is hot, start adding the shrimp to the pan in a single layer (cook in batches, if needed), a few at a time to prevent oil from cooling down. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and the shells start to crisp up. Flip the shrimp and continue to cook on the other side.
  2. Add the red pepper flakes, rosemary, and garlic to skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes, until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove shrimp from heat, season with salt to taste, and serve!
