Shrimp Beer Boil

Ingredients

1 lb Pacific Seafood Gulf Shrimp peel-on
12 oz Kona Longboard beer
6 cups water
3 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 medium yellow onion cut in 8 wedges
1 lb baby gold potatoes cut into chunks
4 ears fresh sweet corn cut into thirds

Directions

  1. In a large stockpot add beer, water, and old bay seasoning and stir to combine.
  2. Bring to soft boil, over medium heat, and add onion and baby gold potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are about 1/2 done.
  3. Add corn and shrimp and return to boil, cooking for additional 10 minutes or so until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving with more Kona beer!
