1 lb coldwater shrimp, cooked and peeled – Buy Now!
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
3 Tbps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Parley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces goat cheese
1 Baguette, thin slices
- Mix all ingredients together except crostini and goat cheese. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes-two hours for flavors to meld.
- Spread each slice of baquette with goat cheese and top with equal amounts of the shrimp mixture.
