Shrimp Salad Hoagie
1 lb Coldwater Shrimp (thaw per instructions)
¼ cup vinaigrette dressing
1 tsp dry dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Fresh lettuce leaves
1 tomato, thinly sliced
4 Hoagie rolls split and toasted
- Mix shrimp, dressing, dill, and lemon juice together.
- Spread evenly on the rolls, lay lettuce and tomato slices over top.
- Serve with a salad and beverage.
