Shrimp Salad Hoagie

Ingredients

1 lb Coldwater Shrimp (thaw per instructions)
¼ cup vinaigrette dressing
1 tsp dry dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Fresh lettuce leaves
1 tomato, thinly sliced
4 Hoagie rolls split and toasted

Directions

  1. Mix shrimp, dressing, dill, and lemon juice together.
  2. Spread evenly on the rolls, lay lettuce and tomato slices over top.
  3. Serve with a salad and beverage.
