Smoked Salmon Bruschetta


1 loaf of bread

4 oz Pacific Seafood Wild Smoked Salmon – Buy Now!

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup of olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Sliced baby tomatoes

Capers (optional)

Sliced olives (optional)

Mozzarella (optional)


  1. Slice loaf of bread and drizzle or brush with olive oil then place in oven at 375 degrees.
  2. Toast for 5 minutes or until golden brown then cool slightly.
  3. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread and add smoked salmon slice.
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice, and top with sliced tomatoes, capers and sliced olive
  5. Add mozzarella (optional)
