Spicy Grilled Tilapia with Aioli


1 lb tilapia fillets
1 Tbsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp cumin

¾ cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp dried tarragon


  1. Prepare aioli by combining all ingredients in a bowl, mixing and then refrigerate until you are ready for it.
  2. Preheat grill. Combine spices for fish and sprinkle over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
  3. Place on hot grill and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes over a medium-high heat. Turn once during grilling. Serve with Aioli.
