We love everything about this. We can't get salmon in CA due to fishing regulations (go figure). We have been craving fresh real salmon and this did not disappoint. I will reorder this as soon as we use the last of what we got. These were SO fresh, you could taste the richness. I just did a simple sauté with butter and herbs and added burst tomatoes. Added a side wedge salad with fresh blue cheese dressing. and a glass of wine. Heaven!
