Honey Jalapeno Shrimp Over Spinach
1 Bag Honey Jalapeno Shrimp – Buy Here
2 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided ( Can be frozen as well…Drain water after cooking)
1 (10-ounce) bag spinach- Fresh
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper Strips
2 tsp Fresh Chopped Garlic
¼ Cup Chopped Green Onions
1. Heat 1 TBSP vegetable oil in a large pan/skillet. Add the spinach and stir fry for 1 minutes just until spinach is wilted. Remove from pan and keep warm.
2. With clean skillet add 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil and heat up and add Honey Jalapeno Shrimp, Red Bell Peppers, Garlic, and Green Onions. Saute for 3-4 minutes and serve over the Spinach.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped spinach, and stir-fry for 1 minute or until wilted. Remove from pan, and keep warm.
