Smoked Salmon Bruschetta
1 loaf of bread
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Sliced baby tomatoes
Sliced olives (optional)
- Slice loaf of bread and drizzle or brush with olive oil then place in oven at 375 degrees.
- Toast for 5 minutes or until golden brown then cool slightly.
- Spread cream cheese on toasted bread and add smoked salmon slice.
- Squeeze some lemon juice, and top with sliced tomatoes, capers and sliced olive
- Add mozzarella (optional)
