Raised on nature's terms, our Columbia River Steelhead has recently been recognized by the Monterey Bay Aquarium with a BEST CHOICE (green) designation, and additionally, we earned, and still retain, the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification by the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) in 2013. This is important when seeking sustainability in your seafood purchases. And having no hormones, pesticides, or herbicides is also a benefit.

  • 2-3 each of Columbia River Steelhead portions, thawed and patted dry
  • Pinch sea salt and pepper to taste,
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice


  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Coat fish with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning fish over halfway through cooking time.
