34 SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY VALUE CREATION AND QUALITY SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITIES SUPPORTING OUR TEAM MEMBERS Since 2021, Pacific Seafood celebrates October’s National Seafood Month by giving back to our local communities. Throughout the entire month, team members across all Pacific Seafood locations are asked to donate seafood, volunteer their time, or prepare a meal for their community. It is our way of introducing families to healthy proteins they may otherwise not have access to. In 2023, Pacific Seafood team members served more than 2,500 families and donated more than 11,200 pounds of product. With at least 15 grams of protein recommended at every meal, that totals more than 340,000 meals donated. 11,279 POUNDS DONATED 2,666 FAMILIES SERVED 341,071 MEALS PROVIDED National Seafood Month
