We work closely with the FDA and other governing bodies to understand policy changes before they go into effect. We continue to make investments to our Quality and Creation Teams to provide our facilities with the latest food safety and monitoring equipment, along with robust training through our most up-to-date training programs. While we value having the most up-to-date equipment, our quality remains at the core of our team members, who carefully monitor and test our products. Pacific Seafood requires regular environmental and pathogen testing for safety verification. This is done through a sampling plan designed to detect any potential sanitation issues. Our ready-to-eat product line is tested daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure its safety as well.
