About Pacific Seafood Sustainability Food Safety Environment Support Our People & Communities THE NEXT GENERATION Pacific Seafood Internship Program Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our current team members to future team members as well. Pacific Seafood has a dynamic paid internship program with a goal to provide meaningful, real-world experience, in addition to identifying the next generation of company leadership. Our annual internship program offers our graduate and undergraduate interns the opportunity to focus on specific disciplines that support their educational goals, and gives them actual hands on experience. They have the opportunity to network with cross-functional teams, other interns, and company leaders at various points throughout the summer. In addition to their daily responsibilities, interns make a valuable contribution to the Pacific Seafood team by managing relevant projects that culminate in a final presentation to the senior leadership team. Our program completed its second year in 2018 with 19 interns across nine locations with many hired on full-time. Our goal for 2019 is to attain a hire rate of 75%. We look forward to continuing to enhance and expand our internship program in the future. 46
