Delicious Crab Meat (Dungeness)

The crab is in a 1 lb container and well frozen, takes about two days to thaw in the refrigerator and is delicious in salads, risotto, seafood soup and sandwiches. You can sometimes find it cheaper in the store, but not always available. Really convenient to keep a couple of lbs in the freezer for special guests.
