Included in each pack are two juicy and flavorful Choice Rib Eyes with plenty of delicious marbling just waiting to be seared or smoked and two lean and tender Choice New York steaks perfect for grilling.

Each steak is hand cut by our master butchers and perfectly marbled for peak quality, top flavor, and excellent tenderness. They are then wet-aged for a minimum of 28 days in our specially designed cold rooms rather than dry-aged, this difference sets Pacific Fresh apart as wet-aging in the perfect humidity allows for the steak to tenderize without any loss in weight of the steak, ensuring you’re getting exactly what you want, a bigger, juicer, more tender steak.

All our steaks are USDA inspected choice grade, so you know you are getting one of the highest-grade beefs from only select, American cattle, specifically chosen to achieve the highest quality and consistency.


The groundfish included in this box bring some much-needed versatility to your meals. First, try out some new recipes with our Alaskan Halibut. Known for its firm but tender texture, halibut can hold up well under just about any topping you like, no matter how heavy it is it will taste delicious paired with this mild and sweet wild-caught fish. Next, taste the rich, buttery, large flake and velvety texture of sablefish. Sablefish lends itself very well to any marinade and a simple pan fry which creates a mouthwatering aroma that will have you ready to devour every morsel of fresh, wild perfection.

Both species are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and high in protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12, Potassium, and Vitamin D. They are both wild caught off the coast of Alaska by expert fishermen and vacuum packed immediately to ensure the freshest, top-quality product possible arrives at your door. Each portion is hand inspected and trimmed by our ultra-skilled employees, all the while our world-class quality assurance team meticulously monitors and inspects every fish to ensure it meets Pacific Seafood’s high standards of quality, so you can be proud to share our fish with your family and friends.


To top it all off, we will include two different species of crab, King and Dungeness. King crab are the largest member of the spider crab family (spider crab legs are jointed backwards), King crab are often found marching in large herds across the flat plain-like stretches of the sea floor in shallow waters of the Barent Sea to Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula. The crabs can grow to 6 feet from leg tip to leg tip and weigh up to 10 pounds. King crab is sweet, moist, rich, and a bit firmer than Dungeness crab meat. It is best straight from the shell dipped in warmed butter or cocktail sauce. Dungeness crab on the other hand, is tender with a slightly firm texture of bright white color. Our crab comes pre-cooked can be served hot or cold and is delicious added to salads, soups, and chowders. But Dungeness crab is best enjoyed simply with drawn butter and can be served as a delicious appetizer, with a steak for surf n’ turf, or as a truly decadent main course.
