Pacific manages the Website from its offices in Clackamas, Oregon in the United States of America. These Terms shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the STATE OF OREGON notwithstanding any conflict-of-law principle that might implicate the laws of any other jurisdiction governing the same. Venue for legal proceedings of any nature whatsoever relating to or otherwise involving a Sale and/or these Terms shall be CLACKAMAS COUNTY, OREGON. Website Users and Customer consent and submit to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in the STATE OF OREGON.

Pacific controls and manages this Website from our U.S-based offices and the Company makes no representation that the Website is appropriate or available for use beyond the U.S.A. If you use the Website from other locations, you are doing so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws regarding your online conduct and acceptable content, if and to the extent local laws apply. The Website may describe products and services that are available only in the U.S.A. (or only parts of it) and are not available worldwide. To stop receiving this information from Pacific on a social media site, you must follow the procedure established by the social media site. All comments posted on our social media platforms are moderated and if the Company, in its sole discretion, determines that any post or comment in appropriate, we may remove those comments or posts. Comments advocating illegal activity or posting of material that violates copyrights or trademarks of others, are prohibited. Use of the Company social media accounts for the promotion or advertisement of a business or commercial transaction is prohibited. The use of obscene, threatening or harassing language is prohibited.
