We offer a variety of programs that develop the skills of our team members allowing for personal and professional growth, as well as career advancement. Pacific Seafood’s Training and Development Team offers both in-person and online training for our team members. In 2023 alone, our team members completed more than 12,000 hours of training. Our Team Blue Program develops the skills of frontline team members, allowing Pacific Seafood to promote from within. Pacific Seafood’s Management Development Program develops the skills of Pacific Seafood team members to prepare them for management roles with an in-person kickoff, followed by six weeks of coursework. Our Supervisory Basics course develops the communication skills of Pacific Seafood team members who serve in management positions. Our online training platform, Pacific Seafood University, offers team members and customers more than 1,000 self-service training courses, all customized by our Training and Development Team. Along with basic business skill sets, Pacific Seafood University is designed to educate team members on practices specific to Pacific Seafood. As part of our efforts to foster an environment built on integrity, Pacific Seafood offers a variety of ethics training courses on our online training platform, Pacific Seafood University. By instilling a strong ethical foundation, our team members are equipped with the integrity needed to navigate complex and difficult situations, while always striving for the best solution.
