Our program allows interns the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the meat and seafood industry while developing project management and leadership skills. At the end of the 12-week program, interns are tasked with presenting real business solutions to Pacific Seafood’s leadership team. While the winner is guaranteed a full-time position within the company, based off their presentations, other interns may also be offered placement within the company. Tuition Grant Program Internship Program In partnership with the University of Arizona Global Campus and George Fox University, Pacific Seafood is proud to offer team members a full tuition grant program. By supporting the personal and professional development of our team members, we are not only investing in their future but retaining top talent to continue their careers at Pacific Seafood, in turn aiding in our company’s growth.
