Pacific Seafood is proud to offer an extensive variety of sustainable West Coast groundfish, harvested throughout the West Coast of the United States and Canada.

Known for their incredible comeback story, 20 years ago, West Coast groundfish was once a depleted fishery. Today it is more abundant than ever with 18 species of groundfish are certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council, including our sablefish.

Straight from the icy Pacific Ocean, our Sablefish, commonly known as Black cod, is considered a delicacy in Japan for its buttery flavor and velvety texture. Our sablefish is wild caught by hook and line or trawl and handled with the utmost care to ensure its quality.
