Atlantic Salmon Cedar Plank Grilled Fillet

Cooking Instructions

Grill:

  1. Soak cedar plank in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill to 400°F.
  3. Place the cedar plank on the grill: 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place portions on the plank and cook: 15-20 minutes with grill lid closed until internal temp is 145°F.
  5. Remove from heat and let sit a minute to cool.
