The Diamond Improvement Idea Program, driven out of our goal to reward team members with new and innovative ideas that help us save money/resources, drive revenue, improve efficiencies, or make us safer.  Pacific Seafood is committed to preventing Diamond Hindrance #3, “Failing to encourage team members’ ideas or initiative.” This process allows all your ideas to be heard and if chosen for implementation, a chance to be rewarded for your ingenuity!

Ideas are reviewed anonymously on a regular basis by a Diamond Improvement Idea Committee and the Executive Team who will select which ideas to move to an implementation phase.*

Those ideas that are implemented through to completion will be eligible to win an Annual Diamond Improvement Idea Awards, worth up to $10,000, in each division: Processing, Distribution, Support, and Aquaculture. 

*Idea execution will be the responsibility of the appropriate division lead and team, idea submitters are not responsible for the implementation, although may be involved depending on role.
