Cooking Instructions

GRILL:
SOAK CEDAR PLANK IN WATER FOR 5 MINUTES.
HEAT THE GRILL TO 400°F.
PLACE THE CEDAR PLANK ON THE GRILL: 3-4 MINUTES.
PLACE PORTIONS ON THE PLANK AND COOK: 12-15 MINUTES WITH GRILL LID CLOSED UNTIL INTERNAL TEMP IS 145°F.
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET SIT A MINUTE TO COOL.
