4 Ahi/Yellowfin tuna steaks
4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
¼ tsp salt, more for seasoning fish
Pepper to taste
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp capers, drained
½ cup kalamata olives, halved
¼ cup green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Add olives, capers, and green onions and cook for a couple more minutes. Stir in lemon juice and a ¼ teaspoon of salt. Set aside in a bowl with a cover to keep warm.
- Pat tuna dry with a paper towel. Season fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a cast iron or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat, for about 3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and swirl to coat.
- Place tuna in the hot pan, cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Plate the fish and top with prepared sauce. Serve and enjoy!
