1 package Cold Smoked Columbia River Steelhead Nova Lox
1 package whole grain crackers or toast
½ container hummus
½ avocado, sliced
*sprinkle of chopped parsley (optional)
*sprinkle of black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Add a smear of hummus to each cracker, and layer with a slice of avocado.
- Twist lox and drape over the top.
- Garnish with black pepper and chopped parsley to serve.
