Shrimp Pasta Primavera

Ingredients

2 lb bag Peeled and Deveined Newport Shrimp
¼ lb Asparagus cut in 2 inch lengths
¼ lb Fresh Snow Peas
1 Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped
1 lb hot cooked Linguini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. In a skillet, sauté shrimp in oil for 1 minute.
  2. Add vegetables and garlic. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. When shrimp is done, toss in linguini and basil.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
